A unique DIY Festival wedding

I have so much respect for Ben and Emma - they wanted something unique, they wanted something different and most importantly they wanted people to just have fun. They got all three with this wedding! I can’t recall people enjoying themselves as much as on this day and every single thing was organised by the bride and groom - they rented a field and literally arranged everything else themselves.

The day started at Emmas house for some bridal prep photos, also meeting Ben from B&H Videography - would thoroughly recommend people checking out his website.

Ben and Emma had hired out a camp site - Mellow Yellow camp site - exclusively for their wedding day. They prepared everything themselves, hay bale seating, a fantastic wooden arch with flowers for the ceremony, games galore - so many games - live music playing, and food and drink trucks rolling in to keep everyone going. It just worked so well, and everyone was just having an absolute ball.

If you are going to create your own wedding, literally in a field with nothing else, then this is how you do it. They thought of everything and it is not surprising that i think it lead to some of my best photos that year - relaxed couples, relaxed weddings equals fun photos.
